INNOTRANS 2014: The results
The tenth anniversary fair «INNOTRANS 2014» was finished in the capital of Germany, Berlin on the 26th of September, the biggest festival in railway industry.
For 4 days on the 161 420m2 exhibition area (including exhibition complex «MesseBerlin» and 3,5 km of thackage for dynamic open air exposition) 2515 participants from 49 countries were presenting their products in the engineering and railway equipment sphere.
This fair had already registered some records: more than 1000 mass-media representatives, 104 world-premiers, 126110 visitors from 140 countries. Also all the fair segments had grown up in comparison with last fairs.
The unicity of INNOTRANS conception is in combination of specializing exhibition, open air railway exposition and wide presentation and conference program. This Berlin Fair is an effective area for making big deals between top producers and consumers of railway engineering and technics including control and diagnostic sphere.
Private Limited Company «TVEMA» took part in this Berlin forum for the third time and, as usual, presented their new products. On the traditional-colored stand the company presented new diagnostic systems «SOKOL-3» and «SVOD-3», which differ from analogues by greater portability and wider functions. The high-speed noncontact fault inspection with showing real travel of the system under rail-road diagnostic speed 140km/h was traditionally presented as well. Besides this the demonstration of ECHO-PULSE portable ultrasonic flaw detectors work process with Google Glass function took place on the stand.
In the open air the company has traditionally presented new examples of manual and mobile diagnostic and DRED mobile-system for diagnostics of infrastructure. On the open-air TVEMA presented common projects of diagnostic systems development with our partners from Germany and Hungary for the first time. On the forum area we presented mobile laboratory for road-rail diagnostics on the base of Mercedes Benz Unimog.
One of the prerequisites for this contract execution was practical cooperation. The successful experience between TVEMA and leading German producers of unimogs was the one of the prerequisites for this contract execution: the memorandum on further perspective cooperation in innovation diagnostics systems for the Russian and German Railways was signed on the 24th of September between executives of Private Limited Company «TVEMA», Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Joint Stock Company «Russian Railways».
The perspectives of further cooperation had been discussed between TVEMA delegation with representatives of the world biggest diagnostic engineering's producers as SPERRY, Plasser&Theurer and etc.
The executives of TVEMA hope that interest, shown to its products by the participants of this fair, will transform, like on the two others fairs with our participation, into mutually beneficial contracts and materialize to common projects.
