The meeting of experts of the OSJD commission

The OSJD experts held a meeting in Moscow TVEMA company

One of the important activities of the year of the Organization for cooperation of Railways (OSJD) were held on the basis of the associated enterprise of this international structure – JSC "Firma TVEMA". From 23 to 25 June 2015 at the Moscow production and repair center experts of the OSJD Commission on infrastructure and rolling stock held meeting on the theme "Integrated diagnostics of railway track. Railway track and structures".

The meeting was attended by representatives of: Belarusian railway (BCH); SOE "national company "Railway infrastructure" (NC "LM"), Bulgaria; CJSC "Hungarian State Railways" (JSC MAV); JSC "national company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (KZH), OJSC "Russian Railways; Railways of the Slovak Republic (ŽSR); Czech Railways/Management of the railway infrastructure of the Czech Republic (BH/SIDC). Together with them in the discussion was attended by representatives of OSJD affiliated enterprises - JSC "Тines" (Poland) and JSC "Firma TVEMA", and invited the company of JSC "Roszheldorproject" and transport newspaper "Eurasia News".

The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the OSJD Commission on infrastructure and rolling stock Radovan Opalecky, which informed participants about the work of the Commission and the decisions of the governing bodies of the OSJD. With welcoming speech to the participants addressed the General Director of JSC "Firma TVEMA" Vladimir Tarabrin.

The meeting addressed the following issues:

- Drafting Memos "Evaluation of deformation path on the comparison of the results of his diagnosis in a loaded and unloaded state", "the General concept of building a system for maintenance of track facilities on the basis of a comprehensive diagnosis of the state road", "the standard of the content on the way to full-scale irregularities, harmonized with the European norms."

- Preparation of information material "Systems and tools used for complex diagnostics of the way, the frequency control in various conditions of operation";

- Use of closed sites of the Web-site in the work of the OSJD the OSJD Commission on infrastructure and rolling stock, as well as discussed current issues.

Also agreed on the draft Plan of work of experts on the sub-topic 2.3 "Complex diagnostics of railway track" for 2016.

The participants visited the production site of JSC "Firma TVEMA" and got acquainted with the technology and product samples company.
